Overall building replacement work for the construction of 6 villas with typical features of Tuscan rural architecture located on a promontory that extends from West to East between Bibbona and Bolgheri. The external finishing features of the villas are those attributable to the typical finishing of Tuscan rural houses, such as the external facades duly plastered with a smooth civil finish and painted with typical colors that are close to the color earth or yellow with portions in brick or exposed stone, gutter projections in mezzane, gabled roofs in tiles and flat tiles and other typical finishes. The villas will all have a solar greenhouse connected to the house. In the basement there will be various storage and utility rooms as well as a technical room serving the infinity pool present in the courtyard pertaining to each villa and equipped with a large solarium that is partly shaded. For each villa a pergola will be built with masonry columns and shading in wooden beams.
